Confidentiality:
All shipments are packaged in plain boxes, envelopes or FedEx/USPS supplied packaging. It will say KTB on the return address but not our full name. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents.
Security:
We make sure your protected. Our shopping cart software uses SSL (Secure Socket Layering) so you can shop with confidence.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online. We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined.

At this time we do not ship items Internationally. Our apoligies.
Tracking your order:
You should receive a confirmation email that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email customer service for tracking information.
Our Return Policy:
If your item breaks or is defective: All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. We will gladly send a replacement. Just call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your item.
If you are dissatisfied with an item:
Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange, or refund within 15 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call us at (305) 609-9149.
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.
