All shipments are packaged in plain boxes, envelopes or FedEx/USPS supplied
packaging. It will say KTB on the return address but not our full name.
Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents.
We currently only ship to the
US and Canada.

for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on
returning your item. Once we receive your return, a refund* or store credit*
will be issued without delay.
Note: Please be aware that
we cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the
outside of the package.
*Not all orders qualify for a
refund. Any item that has been opened, used, or sampled does not qualify for a
refund unless pre-approved by your Kittys Toy Box Customer Service
Representative. When a product has been opened, sampled, or used, a gift card
will be issued for the total minus any shipping fees (shipping isnt refundable).
